Identity changes deserve a story, not just a ticket

Technical accuracy is not enough for identity work. People need to understand who experiences what and when. We teach participants to draft a two-paragraph story before opening the admin portal.
The story names the audience, the trigger, and the rollback expectation. That clarity reduces shadow IT workarounds born from confusion.
Labs include guest access lifecycles because they surface trust questions early. When teams see the full journey, approvals speed up without lowering standards.
We end with a peer review checklist so changes receive a human second look, not just an automated policy simulation.
