General Terms
Last updated 2026-03-02
1. Liability
Azure Relay Post provides training experiences and community spaces intended to improve practical skills. We describe materials accurately, yet cloud platforms change frequently, so examples may drift from the newest console experience.
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, missed promotions, or operational downtime tied to how you apply lessons in your own environments.
If a mandatory provision in local consumer law grants you rights we cannot limit, those rights remain intact while unrelated clauses continue to apply.
2. Governing law and venue
These General Terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere.
Courts located in Seoul, Korea, hold primary jurisdiction for formal disputes, except where consumer protection rules require a different venue for individuals purchasing as consumers.
3. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep credentials private, and avoid disrupting other participants or facilitators. Harassment, scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
You remain responsible for how you configure cloud resources in your own subscriptions. Training sandboxes are isolated by design; production changes remain your accountability.
4. Acceptance of terms
By browsing this site, creating an account where offered, or purchasing training access, you accept these General Terms and any linked policies referenced in the footer.
If you do not agree, discontinue use of the services and contact team@boxarchive.one so we can close any active access records tied to your email.
5. Intellectual property
Relay Post retains rights to curricula, lab guides, recordings where provided, and brand assets. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning or internal team enablement as purchased.
You may not resell workbooks, redistribute recordings publicly, or remove attribution notices embedded in downloads.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for conduct that jeopardizes cohort integrity, violates law, or stresses shared infrastructure. Where feasible, we provide written notice and a short remediation window unless immediate suspension is required for safety.
You may stop using services at any time. Certain provisions, including intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute resolution, survive termination.
7. Service description
Services include scheduled cohorts, asynchronous lab content, community discussions, and periodic briefings. Delivery channels are confirmed at purchase and may combine live sessions with recorded segments.
We may update schedules when facilitators are unavailable or when Microsoft publishes changes that materially affect learning objectives. Material changes receive notice via email when possible.
8. Service description — scheduling flexibility
Weather events, public health guidance, or venue limitations may shift in-person studio days to remote equivalents with comparable lab time. We document substitutions in writing so teams can plan accordingly.
9. Service description — substitutions
If a facilitator changes, we assign another qualified instructor and share their biography before sessions begin. You may request a refund window described in the Refund & Cancellation policy when substitutions are not acceptable.
10. Plain-language summary
This summary does not replace the sections above. In short: use materials respectfully, expect cloud interfaces to evolve, and resolve disputes in Korea unless consumer law requires otherwise.
