Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation policy applies to paid training programs listed on boxarchive.one when purchased directly from Azure Relay Post, excluding third-party resellers unless a separate contract states otherwise.

Email team@boxarchive.one with your order reference, participant name, and reason for the request. We respond within three business days for Korea-based holidays considered.

Digital access refunds may be requested within fourteen days of purchase provided you have not downloaded more than twenty percent of proprietary workbook files or attended live studio days beyond the intro session.

Eligibility requires good-faith participation. We may deny refunds when terms of service were violated or when bulk purchases were clearly intended for redistribution.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on card issuers or cross-border settlement paths.

Custom enterprise engagements follow the statement of work. Exam vouchers purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once issued by vendors.

If you complete more than the introductory module but experience documented service failure on our side, we may offer partial credit toward a future cohort instead of cash refunds.

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund without penalty. We send notices as early as possible when facilitator health or venue issues arise.

Consumers in Korea retain statutory rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws. Nothing in this policy removes those protections.

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues quickly. Friendly resolutions are faster than payment network disputes for everyone involved.
