Privacy Notice
Last updated 2026-04-18
1. Use of data
We process personal data to deliver training, respond to inquiries, and improve site reliability. Processing stays limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is documented in internal records.
Analytics cookies run only after you opt in through the cookie preferences modal. Essential cookies keep sessions stable and remember your theme choice when you enable that feature.
2. Third parties
We rely on subprocessors for email delivery, video conferencing, and secure file exchange. Contracts require confidentiality, deletion timelines, and assistance with data subject requests where applicable.
We do not sell personal data. Marketing messages, when sent, include an unsubscribe link and reference the program you joined.
3. Scope
This Privacy Notice covers visitors to boxarchive.one, prospective trainees, paying participants, and community members interacting with our forums or digest signups.
If you interact with Relay Post through an employer contract, your organization may hold additional agreements that govern corporate data.
4. Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, email, company name when provided, billing references for receipts, and technical logs like IP address and browser type for security monitoring.
Community features may store display names, posts, and moderation actions taken by our team to maintain quality standards.
5. Retention
Training records are retained long enough to issue certificates, honor refund windows, and satisfy tax obligations, typically up to seven years for operational records unless law requires longer storage.
Marketing contacts are refreshed annually; inactive contacts are removed after two consecutive bounces or explicit unsubscribe events.
6. Your rights
Residents in Korea may request access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction where the law supports those requests. We verify identity before releasing sensitive records.
You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Internet & Security Agency or another competent supervisory body if you believe processing violates applicable law.
7. Contact
Email team@boxarchive.one for privacy questions. Postal correspondence is accepted at the Gangnam district address published on the contact page.
8. Security measures
We apply role-based access, encrypted transport, and vendor reviews before adopting new tools. No online service is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly so we can investigate.
9. International transfers
Some subprocessors operate outside Korea. When data crosses borders, we rely on contractual clauses and vendor certifications to maintain appropriate safeguards.
10. Policy updates
We revise this notice when features or regulations change. Material updates appear on this page with a refreshed last updated date and, when practical, a short email summary for active participants.
