No. We focus on labs, rationales, and facilitator feedback. You purchase vouchers separately when your practice scores look steady.
Programs — How large are live sessions?
Most live blocks cap near eighteen participants so facilitators can answer every question. Some enterprise engagements differ and note that in the statement of work.
Community — How are forums moderated?
Moderators rotate by topic area. They archive off-topic threads, remind participants of the conduct excerpt, and escalate harassment immediately.
Community — Can my employer sponsor a team?
Yes. Enterprise Team Enablement Kit packages include facilitator scripts and health surveys. Legal and procurement paperwork stays with your organization.
Logistics — What timezone do you publish?
Public schedules display Korea Standard Time with explicit offsets for remote guests. Recordings ship with chapter markers for async viewing.
Logistics — What is not included in tuition?
Cloud usage charges in your own subscriptions, exam fees, travel to studio days, and third-party tools you choose beyond our baseline list are excluded.
